Spanish Scouting Tour

For this tour we thought we would have a bit of fun and depart from the normal tour structure. In this regard we will NOT supply suggested routes, this will leave participants to find their own routes through Spain. The standard of hotel will be of the same high quality expected from MSL tours, however they have NOT been used for any other tours so they will be new to all. To complete this adventure, tour hotel locations will not be disclosed until we meet on the Brittany ferry to Santander. It’s a sort of mystery tour with a difference. On the ferry you will be presented with the remainder of the tour pack with the details of hotels in order for you to plan your routes during the ferry crossing to Spain.
Of course I am not expecting people to join us with out some idea of where they are going to end up sleeping for the night! As a clue I can say that the tour will be confined to Northern Spain and pass through Cantabrica, with its white sandy beaches and rolling breakers from the Cantabrican ocean. The green landscapes of Asturias are next sparing more than a passing glance at the Picos de Europa on the way. Next the rugged coastline of the province of Galicia greets us. Here we can witness the striking resemblance to the coast of Ireland they even have the bag pipes as their national instrument. But if you like fish then this is the place to be.
So there you have it. What I can tell you is that Gloria and I have checked out the hotels and, if you can trust us, I know that you will appreciate the locations and hotel selection.
